    I apologize for the delay in writing this letter, as we have been very busy working on the house ever since closing.

    We would like to thank you for all of your hard work and effort you put in for us!  It was greatly appreciated!  I will be honest, I was a little skeptical when Linda was telling me about that kind of service you could provide for us.  I have always been a little financially nervous and didn’t want to be taken advantage of.  That was not the case with you and I am very happy and pleased with what you did and the great interest rate you got for me!

    We would also like to thank you for the PAPPAS gift card you gave us.  That was very thoughtful and un-expected.  It will be put to good use when Brooke gets tired of eating the same ole stuff for dinner since we won’t be going out to eat much (especially now that I have started paying my mortgage payments, my cash flow is tight but still manageable thanks to you.)
